My Order

I've entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

It happens! Fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us know where you need the order to go. We pack orders pretty quick, so you need to be quick..

When will by order be shipped?

As a rule of thumb, we pack and dispatch orders either on the same day or next day of purchase. Once dispatched, our couriers will pick up the order on the next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Head over to our Shipping page for delivery targets. Please note that these are only estimates provided to us by our logistics partners. Actual delivery times may vary slightly, particularly around holidays etc.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS - which will have your tracking number inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please have a dig around in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they may end up in there.

I want to exchange/return a product, what do I do?

We understand that things don't always go to plan when shopping online. Good news, we are super lenient with returns and exchanges. Head to our Returns page to find out if you are eligible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world! While we have majority of the globe covered, if we don’t ship to your country, please contact us and we will see what we can do!

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?

There is the possibility you will have to pay duties and taxes if you are an international customer of ours. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking for direct information regarding duties and taxes for your country, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Sorry to hear! Most of the time, this is just a short delay. Keep an eye on your tracking number, and contact the courier company handling your order directly to receive an update/resolution on your shipment.
